FLEETWATERS:ARAPOHUE 30 December 2008 – 1st January 2009

FLEETWATERS IS ON!

That’s right, Fleet FM’s premium flavoured New Years party is happening once again. Three days of party and two nights of camping from the 30th till the 1st. It is happening at a new venue which was leaving us a bit iffy but after a quick recky up North we have realised that it is gonna be a ripper of a party!

The new location is at the Arapohue Show Grounds which is in the middle of some beautiful surroundings just South of Dargaville. There is plenty of powered campsites or if you want something a bit more removed it is a massive place so you can find a quiet place to relax.

So far the confirmed acts are Mr. Sicc, The Benka Borodovsky Bordello Band, Smoking Hot Bitch Fight, God Bows To Math, Skyscraper, Cure Motel (Melb.), Otis Mace, Zero Gravity Dragon, The Model Diggers, Mean Street, The Neo Kalashnikovs, The Wilberforces, Double Barreled, The Vodafone Warriors, DJ Nix (Wgtn), Mason Clinic, and Fleet FM and Big River DJ’s.

But no doubt there will be a whole bunch of other people turning up who are musically inclined. On that note if you want to bring some records along there will be a chance for you to put on some music and broadcast on the radio station that will be broadcasting across the site.
