• All our downloads are mp3s and are encoded at 192 kbps.
• DD = digital download of album
• Some titles from our back catalogue have sold out of hard copies so they are only available for download (as indicated on the site).
• If you order CDs, please allow 2-7 days for delivery if you live in New Zealand and 7-21 days if you live overseas. Please be very careful that you get your mailing address right as we cannot be held responsible for any stock that gets mailed to the wrong address due to incorrect information being entered by you.
• We will happily replace any faulty product providing that it is sent back in the same condition that it arrived and you get it back to us as soon as possible. See contact page for address.
• No refunds given so please make sure you want what you are ordering. Take your time - listen to a few tracks first.
